ONENESS is a percussion ensemble consisting of 8 – 12 men and women under the skilled direction of lead drummer Bill Mitchell. This group grew out of a weekly drum circle of very committed members. “ONENESS” has been learning and performing music from West Africa in which the large dunun drums as well as djembe drums are featured. Often accomplished dancers also participate. “ONENESS “ often performs for fundraisers, schools, team building functions, award ceremonies and festivals. Members meet at Expressionz Cafe 9938- 70 Avenue, Edmonton.
